Here, you’ll connect with the natural rhythm of your body through the slow pace of the kick-wheel and explore the fundamentals of hand-building with techniques like pinching, slab-building, coiling, texturing, and more.
Creating with our hands goes beyond art; it’s nurturing of the creative spirit and a journey toward mental clarity, focus and relaxation. This is mediation in action, leading to genuine happiness.
In this workshop, participants are encouraged to explore their spirit animal and connect with their inner shaman, bringing masks to life. As alchemists, we can tap into nature’s wisdom to guide us through any challenge we face.
